It takes off hard-water scale and rust.
Oxalic acid dissolves the iron and calcium that ordinary bathroom cleaner just scrubs around. That is why the yellow ring keeps coming back with soap and goes with this. Spray, wait a few minutes, scrub lightly with a brush, then rinse with plenty of water. Work with the window open or the exhaust fan running, wear gloves, and keep the room ventilated until the smell clears.

It etches marble. Never use it on stone.
Oxalic acid permanently dulls and pits marble, natural stone and polished granite. One spray on a marble floor, a granite kitchen platform or a stone temple step leaves a white etched patch that cannot be polished out at home. Keep it off painted surfaces and anodised aluminium too. It is also not a general-purpose cleaner and not for fabric, skin or utensils, and it must never be mixed with bleach, phenyl, or any other cleaner. Ceramic tiles, glazed sanitaryware, concrete, steel and plastic are what it is for.

Check the surface, then protect yourself
If the surface is marble, natural stone or polished granite, stop — this will etch it permanently. Same for painted surfaces and anodised aluminium. On ceramic, concrete or steel, put on gloves, open the window or run the exhaust, and send children and pets out of the room.

Spray, wait, scrub lightly
Cover the mark and wait three to five minutes. Heavy rust wants ten. Scrub gently with a plastic brush. Do not spray more on top of a dried patch, and never add bleach, phenyl, acid cleaner or anything else to it.

Rinse thoroughly with water
Flush the whole area with plenty of water, twice, until nothing feels slippery and no smell is left. Then wash your gloves and hands. Cap both bottles tight and keep them upright on a high shelf, away from children and pets.

Spray the mark only
Cover the ring and a little beyond it. Do not spray the whole floor — this is a spot treatment, not a mopping liquid.

The mark lifts
The yellow pales and the rust loosens. A light scrub with a plastic brush is enough. Hard old rust gets another five minutes, not more force.

Rinse twice, then air it out
Plenty of water, twice over. Leave the window open until the smell has gone. Wash gloves and hands, cap the bottle, put it back up high.
Times are for a normal bathroom with the window open. Heavy old rust can need a second round the next day.

Can I use it on marble or granite?
No. This is the one answer we will not soften. Oxalic acid etches marble, natural stone and polished granite, and the dull white patch it leaves cannot be polished out at home. Keep it off painted surfaces and anodised aluminium as well. Use it on ceramic tiles, glazed sanitaryware, concrete, steel and plastic.
Do I have to pay online?
No. Cash on delivery is the default. Place the order, the agent brings the pack, you look at both bottles, then you hand over ₹699. Prepaid is there only for people who prefer it.
What safety steps are actually necessary?
Gloves, a window open or the exhaust running, children and pets out of the room, and a thorough rinse with water afterwards. Never mix it with bleach, phenyl or any other cleaner. If it touches skin, wash with plenty of water; if it gets in the eyes, rinse with water for several minutes and see a doctor.
Will it remove rust completely?
Fresh and medium rust on ceramic, concrete or steel usually comes off in one go. Deep old rust that has stained the concrete itself often fades rather than vanishes, and may want a second round the next day. More contact time helps; more scrubbing force does not.
Is it safe for the toilet and the septic tank?
Used as directed — a spot spray, then a thorough flush with plenty of water — it is fine for normal use on the toilet and the base line. Do not pour the bottle down the drain, and do not use it together with any other toilet cleaner.
What if the pack arrives damaged?
Do not open a leaking bottle. Send a photo on WhatsApp at +91 87968 91049 within 48 hours of delivery and we replace it or refund it. A leaking or burst bottle of a chemical is our problem, not yours.
