Do I have to pay before delivery?
No. Cash on delivery on every product — you hand the money over once the parcel is in your hands.
How long does delivery take?
Dispatched within one working day. Metros usually 3–5 days; smaller towns and remote pin codes up to 7.
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
Send a photo within seven days of delivery and a replacement goes out. Keep the packaging until it is settled.
How do I know this is a real shop?
